Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: AM, PM, and Night shifts available - flexible scheduling

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to supervising nurses and physicians
Perform patient assessments and provide direct nursing care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care
Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

Qualifications

Active Tennessee LVN License
Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Rehabilitation experience
Current BLS Certification preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments
Reliable transportation
