Location: Corvallis, OR

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, occasional weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures using state-of-the-art imaging technology
Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout exams
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during procedures
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to achieve accurate diagnoses
Maintain and operate imaging equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards
Document procedures thoroughly and accurately

Qualifications

Current ARRT RT(R) credential required (Radiologic Technologist (RTR) preferred)
Current unencumbered Oregon Radiologic Technology License
Healthcare Provider BLS and AHA ACLS required
One year of experience or training in a Cath Lab/Angio hospital setting preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology imaging techniques
Knowledge of radiation safety and sterile technique
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with electronic medical records (Point Click)
