Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with one hour lunch; day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home care

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing
Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to handle a mix of outpatient and occasional inpatient care

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Knowledge of evidence-based practice in orthopedics and rehabilitation
