Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using PET/CT and SPECT equipment
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols
Operate Siemens Biograph Vision PET/CT and Siemens E.CAMs equipment

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) certification required
PET/CT experience required (but training available for the right candidate)
Valid driver's license required at submittal
DOT certification preferred (required at extension within 90 days)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Proficient in PET/CT and SPECT imaging techniques
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
