Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET/CT scans
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals with precision and care
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAMs, with training available if needed
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols
Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or equivalent)
BLS certification required
Proven experience with PET imaging
Valid driver's license to confirm residency (candidates must live 50+ miles away)
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Willing to comply with facility's fingernail policy (no artificial nails in patient care areas)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and radiation safety
Familiarity with PET/CT technology and Siemens equipment (training available)
Excellent patient bedside manner and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
