Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, variable 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a large geriatric population
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress accurately using EMR system
Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or compact eligible
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
BLS and CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
Experience with EMR systems

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehabilitation
Ability to work with a diverse patient population, especially geriatric
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in documentation and time management
