Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with on-call rotation (week long call from Monday to Monday) approximately once a month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T, 3T, and Siemens 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality and diagnostic value
Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
Adhere to MRI safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

ARRT (MR) certification or eligible (AMRIT accepted)
Current BLS certification
Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T, Siemens 1.5T preferred
Texas license not required
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in MRI safety and contrast administration
Proficient in patient positioning and immobilization techniques
Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology recognition
Skilled in image post-processing and quality assessment
Ability to work independently during night shifts and on-call
