Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality patient care across units
Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to meet patient needs
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
Facilitate communication between departments and resolve issues promptly
Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
