Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating on-call schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM; regular day shifts on off-call weeks and floating between campuses

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain imaging equipment and report any issues
Assist with patient positioning and preparation
Follow all protocols and safety guidelines
Collaborate with radiology team and physicians

Qualifications

Valid Texas state license as an MRI Technologist
ARRT (R) (MR) certification preferred
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Ability to work variable shifts and take call rotation
Must not have been employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity in the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and contraindications
Proficiency in operating MRI scanners
Understanding of anatomy and imaging techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
