Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment in compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications

Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
Valid CPR certification (BLS)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation techniques
Proficiency in using therapy equipment and modalities
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Patient-centered approach with a focus on achieving functional goals
