Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment with meticulous care
Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety during each session
Monitor patients throughout treatment, promptly addressing any adverse reactions
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Collaborate closely with the radiation oncology team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
State licensure as a Radiation Therapist in Nebraska
Current BLS certification
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and CT simulators
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Team collaboration skills and a commitment to quality care
