Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in home health or outpatient setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within Bakersfield service area (25% travel)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation standards
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Time management and organizational skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach
