Location: Caldwell, Texas

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
Treat a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Participate in patient care planning and discharge coordination
Precept new team members as needed

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license required
National PT license required
Current BLS certification from AHA
Experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment
Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
Orthopedic and neurological conditions
Wound care and debility management
Patient education and family communication
Interdisciplinary collaboration
