Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a trusted CNA
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
Document patient care accurately and timely to maintain continuity

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and any required screenings
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Friendly, patient-focused attitude with strong teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of basic patient care and ADLs
Proficiency in taking and recording vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members
Reliable time management and documentation abilities
