Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Support nursing staff with timely, accurate charting and handoffs

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) preferred or able to obtain quickly
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts and collaborating with a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED; completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Basic clinical documentation and following care plans
