Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to approximately 12 patients daily
Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient therapy when needed to support the broader rehab department
Document care and progress notes while maintaining excellent patient relationships in a welcoming athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is helpful but not mandatory
Comfort treating a wide variety of diagnoses typical in a small community setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 10-hour days efficiently
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient therapy when the team needs extra hands
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Business-casual professionalism and collaborative team mindset
