Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties
Scrub and assist in complex procedures including robotics, trauma, and neuro cases
Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to ensure safe, efficient patient outcomes
Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic medical records
Support trauma cases and respond quickly to emergent surgical needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact license
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
DaVinci Robotics experience required
Strong scrubbing skills essential
Epic EMR experience required
Trauma experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics procedures
Strong sterile technique and scrubbing proficiency
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume OR environment
Comfortable floating to Walters as needed
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
