Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional perioperative care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth, safe operations
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for cases including robotic and GI procedures
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond quickly to any changes
- Document care accurately using Epic electronic medical records
- Support patients and families with clear communication before and after surgery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Previous OR nursing experience preferred
- Robot and GI experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical protocols
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted and GI procedures
- Proficient with Epic electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused during procedures
