Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes across greater Sacramento county
- Treat a diverse caseload including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
- Help patients regain mobility and independence with personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervisors
- See 5-6 patients per day while maintaining high-quality care standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Minimum experience requirements apply (new grads considered in extreme cases only)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in home health settings
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits
Knowledge & Skills
- Home health physical therapy experience
- Knowledge of cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
- Strong documentation and time management abilities
- Compassionate bedside manner with patients of all ages
- Comfortable working autonomously in various home environments
