Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatments that help patients regain strength and mobility
Create customized care plans that meet each patient's unique goals and needs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques they can use at home
Document progress accurately and celebrate every milestone with your patients

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one
Strong clinical skills with a passion for helping patients achieve their best outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise programs
Manual therapy techniques
Patient education and home exercise programs
Electronic medical record documentation
