Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to neuro patients including stroke, TBI, and spinal surgery cases
- Titrate critical drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Insulin to keep patients stable
- Interpret EKGs and respond quickly to cardiac changes on a centrally monitored unit
- Collaborate with charge nurses and aides to maintain safe 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios
- Float to other telemetry units when needed, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Level 1 trauma experience strongly preferred
- Neuro experience highly valued
Knowledge & Skills
- EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
- Titration of cardiac and insulin drips
- Central line dressing changes and sterile technique
- Cerner EMR documentation
- Strong assessment skills for trached and neuro patients
