Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 40 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and on-call requirements

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies including cardiac, HIDA, bone scans, gastric emptying, GI bleed, lung, brain death, and DAT scans
Start and manage IVs to ensure smooth imaging procedures
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed to support patient care
Operate Siemens Symbia T6 scanner and maintain accurate imaging records using Meditech, Fuji Synapse PACS, and NMIS
Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging

Qualifications

Current ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification required
Active MRT license in Texas
BLS certification
Comfortable starting IVs and working in a fast-paced nuclear medicine department
Willingness to float between campuses and take call as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Siemens Symbia T6 scanner
Experience with Meditech EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS
Strong IV start skills
Knowledge of cardiac, HIDA, bone, gastric emptying, GI bleed, lung, brain death, and DAT scan procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
