Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms closely to detect changes early
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care throughout the shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members about patient status
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner
Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

Current RN license valid in California
Telemetry experience (prior telemetry floor experience preferred)
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for acute care patients
Ability to work independently on night shifts and collaborate with the team

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Skilled in acute patient assessment and triage
Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy procedures
