Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients including assistance with activities of daily living
Perform vital signs, documentation, and routine observations accurately and promptly
Keep patients comfortable and safe by following care plans and facility protocols
Communicate clearly with nurses and the interdisciplinary team about patient status and needs
Support a positive patient experience through respectful, patient-centered interactions
Maintain cleanliness and infection-control practices in all care areas

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Valid CNA license as required by the state of California
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
Background check and facility-required immunizations as part of onboarding

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside manner
Knowledge of ADLs, infection control, and basic vital sign assessment
Ability to follow care plans and accurately document care
Good communication and teamwork skills
Dependability and comfort working night shifts
