Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12 hour shifts, various times including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and titrate drips as necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in hourly rounding to improve patient experience

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in a PCU, Oncology, or MedSurg setting
ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
Chemotherapy certification preferred
Experience with EPIC and Alaris systems

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg nursing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
