Shift Type: Every other weekend, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting
Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to manage complex patient needs
Operate vents and central lines with confidence and precision
Participate in floating to other units, such as Mother-Baby or L&D, as needed

Qualifications

Three years of NICU experience required
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with vents and central lines
