Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in their homes
Develop and implement physical therapy plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
Experience in Home Health preferred
Current Driver's License and auto insurance

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
Home Health and Hospice care
Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization
