Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Support safe patient transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
Assist the care team with specimen collection, basic wound care, and hygiene needs
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with nurses and families
Maintain infection control standards and a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California (required)
Comfortable working overnight shifts and handing off clear, concise reports
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or able to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Infection control practices and basic safety protocols
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Clear charting and documentation practices
Teamwork, time management, and patient-centered communication
