Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist patients with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers, mobility, and hygiene with dignity
• Accurately document care, observations, and any patient concerns
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to maintain a calm, respectful environment
• Help maintain infection control standards and a clean patient space
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and family members

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Comfort caring for patients during overnight/night shifts
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality patient care

Education

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Basic patient observation and reporting (vital signs, behavior changes)
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Accurate documentation and charting practices
• Infection prevention and adherence to facility protocols
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
