Shift Type: Variable shifts, including potential weekends and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
Maintain a sterile and organized operating room environment

Qualifications

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or RVT)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary education or training in surgical technology preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
Ability to maintain sterility and organization in the OR
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
