Shift Type: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (Night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that preserves dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to plan
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to the care team promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and safe patient transfers
Support infection control practices and maintain a safe care environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license valid in New Hampshire
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working night shift schedules and providing direct patient care
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and required immunizations

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent
Active state LPN license required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and early recognition of change in condition
Charting and documentation in electronic health records
Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
Compassionate patient and family communication
Teamwork, time management, and the ability to prioritize care tasks
