Contract Type: Per-Diem

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care and support for residents with dignity
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe transfers and ambulation, following facility safety protocols
- Document resident care accurately and maintain clear communication with colleagues
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Ability to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shifts on a per diem basis
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable performing resident care tasks and following care plans
- Willingness to complete facility-required background checks and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident-centered care
- Basic vital signs measurement and charting
- Infection control and safe handling techniques
- Effective communication with residents, families, and nursing staff
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
