Location: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Support nursing staff with bedside care and timely documentation
- Communicate observations and changes in patient condition to the care team
- Help create a comfortable, respectful environment for patients and families
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification (required)
- Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM per diem shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care and dignity
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding and required screenings
Education
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Safe patient transfer and positioning techniques
- Accurate documentation and charting
- Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
