Location: Gettysburg, PA
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (per diem evening shift; specific days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist patients with mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting needs
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe and clean patient environments by following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver coordinated care
- Assist with basic clinical tasks as delegated and ensure patient comfort and dignity
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and assisting patients with mobility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Reliable, professional, and able to work per-diem/evening shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and ADLs
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Accurate documentation and observational skills
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
