Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (day/evening shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with the care team
Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Accurate vital sign measurement and observation skills
Basic charting and documentation practices
Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Good communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
