Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes promptly to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics
• Document care activities accurately and communicate thorough handoffs to colleagues

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working night shifts and adaptable to per-diem scheduling
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
• Basic documentation and charting skills
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced clinical setting
