Location: Gettysburg, PA
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding while preserving dignity
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
- Document care accurately and communicate clearly with team members and families
- Support mobility and comfort measures under direction of licensed nurses
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Active authorization to work in the United States
- Comfort working evening shifts and adapting to per-diem scheduling
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (if not listed, facility may assist)
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and comfort measures
- Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to take and report vital signs accurately
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility)
- Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and handoffs
- Teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team
