Location: Gettysburg, PA
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (days of week not specified)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, and grooming while preserving dignity
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe and clean patient environments by following infection control practices
- Collaborate with nurses and care staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their families to build trust
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Class: CNA) — required
- Comfortable working per diem night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow facility policies and work collaboratively with a care team
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and ADL assistance
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Infection control and safe handling procedures
- Clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff
- Teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced care environment
