Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals
Deliver therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment
Manage pain and improve mobility and functional independence through targeted interventions
Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in accordance with clinic policies
Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective care
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maximize function
Adhere to the California State Practice Act and facility protocols while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients under physician orders
Familiarity with common therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques
Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset
Willingness to work full-time daytime schedule and collaborate with clinic staff

Knowledge & Skills

Therapeutic modalities and hands-on treatment techniques
Range of Motion (ROM) assessment and restoration
Muscle strengthening programs and progression
Coordination training and body alignment correction
Pain management strategies and functional mobility improvement
Patient evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation
