Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Monday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (on call after 9pm and weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams including general, OB (all three trimesters), vascular, and procedures
Operate Toshiba ultrasound units (with new Phillips units arriving soon)
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
Maintain patient safety and comfort during exams
Document and archive studies using EPIC RIS and Fuji PACS
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

Qualifications

Must hold ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) or RVS through CCI
Current BLS certification required
Experience in general ultrasound, OB, and vascular studies (echo preferred but not required)
Ability to start IVs preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years travel experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in general ultrasound techniques
Knowledge of OB imaging across all trimesters
Vascular ultrasound skills
Familiarity with EPIC and Fuji PACS systems
Strong patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
