Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and other healthcare professionals
Document patient progress in Cerner EMR system
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Manage a caseload of 9-11 patients per day

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in California
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy (preferred)
Ability to provide 2 supervisory references

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
Proficiency in Cerner EMR or similar system
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience treating ortho, total joint, vestibular, and neuro patients
