Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes every other weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of our long-term care unit, ensuring safe medication administration and wound care management.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate care to residents with chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and dementia.
Act as the charge nurse, overseeing daily operations and coordinating care for up to 10 residents on days or 19 on nights.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Matrix EMR system.
Participate in orientation and training to ensure seamless integration into the team.

Qualifications

Current and active RN license in North Dakota (or compact state).
At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
BLS certification required.
Ability to pass meds and perform wound care.
Must be adaptable and able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
