Shift Type: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans to aid in accurate diagnosis
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per protocol
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Maintain detailed patient records and imaging data
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Current ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine
Valid California state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Recent experience in PET/CT imaging preferred

Education

Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT scanner operation and quality control
Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
