Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy to orthopedic patients, focusing on upper extremity conditions
Evaluate and treat shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, fractures, and other orthopedic diagnoses
Cover outpatient orthopedics (80-100% of caseload) with additional acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute settings
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and manager to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience in orthopedic upper extremity therapy (shoulder, wrist, elbow) is a must
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity treatment
Proficiency in manual therapy and evidence-based interventions
Strong documentation skills with ReDoc and Meditech
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
