Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise external beam and internal radiation treatments using state-of-the-art equipment
• Operate linear accelerators (Trubeam), CT simulators, and ARIA/EPIC systems to plan and execute patient treatments
• Perform advanced techniques including IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SRT, brachytherapy, and proton therapy
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and physicists to ensure accurate dose delivery
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients throughout their treatment journey
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure all safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT (T) certification in Radiation Therapy
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency with EPIC, ARIA, Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT simulation
• Ability to treat an average of 34 patients per day with efficiency and care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in external beam (EBRT) and internal radiation (IRT) therapies
• Proficiency in advanced techniques: 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT, brachytherapy, and proton therapy
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with permanent implants, microwave, gamma knife, and TomoTherapy is a plus
