Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize clinical workflows to improve patient care and safety
Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate informatics solutions
Provide training and support for electronic health record systems
Evaluate and implement clinical systems to streamline operations
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Experience in clinical informatics or health IT preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Understanding of clinical workflows and data management
Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement
