Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM equipment
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scan
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols
Participate in quality control and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

Must hold current BLS certification
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) certification is required
PET experience is required - we can train on specific equipment if needed
DOT certification is preferred at start, required within 90 days for extension
Valid driver's license and ability to meet 50-mile radius rule (no local candidates from CommonSpirit facilities)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and radiation safety
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to operate Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM systems (training available)
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
Team player comfortable in a fast-paced hospital environment
