End Date: 09-16-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend, 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM (start times vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide acute care physical therapy for a diverse patient population including ortho, total joints, ICU, med-surg, oncology, and cardiology
Treat patients requiring ventilator management in the ICU
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Hit the ground running with minimal orientation and immediate impact
Float between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care PT experience
Experience with orthopedics, total joints, and ICU/ventilator patients
Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and total joint protocols
Cardiac surgery rehabilitation
Oncology rehabilitation
Ventilator management and ICU rehabilitation
Med-surg patient care
