Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient ambulatory care clinic
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and follow-up care
Mentor and precept new nursing staff, fostering a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Point Click EMR system

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
Minimum 3 years of recent outpatient or ambulatory care nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (additional certifications as required)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical knowledge in ambulatory and outpatient care settings
Patient education and counseling techniques
Mentorship and precepting experience
Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically Point Click
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
