Location: Tacoma, Washington

Start Date: 06-17-2026

End Date: 09-16-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures using advanced imaging equipment
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
Operate GE and Phillips scanners with precision and care
Document and manage patient information using EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology ARNPs to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures

Qualifications

BLS certification (required)
Active Washington State License (required)
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine
Proven ability to start IVs and handle radiopharmaceuticals
Experience with GE and Phillips equipment preferred
Proficiency in EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in nuclear medicine procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI studies
Skilled in IV starts and patient care
Familiarity with GE and Phillips imaging systems
Experience with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS software
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
